Hi I bought an mp4 player but it doesn’t read my memory card.
What should I do?

Bought mp4 from China and will not play songs that i have synced from my windows media player. they are on mp4 and will play back on computer but when i play on mp4, screen reads’format error’whats going on?

i hlep mp5 no power

ihave a sandisk mp4 player baut when i put amovie on it the sound does not move with the movie.what should i do??

Hi Pitson, I had this prob too. Remedy - play a music file as normal, press M -(menu comes up) hilite REPEAT, press M - (menu comes up)hilite NORMAL press M - job done.
