Muchas Gracias a cocybz desde GRAN CANARIA. Realmente, me ha solucionado el problema con la BIOS y he ahorrado dinero con tu ayuda.

if your Portable Media Player have problem with software
here you can download this archive
press start button, and keep pressed, when is show
blue screen and " Insert usb cable ..." pleas insert your
usb connector cable, afther this press play button,
and you will see : press Menu if you want to low format or lowformat
...or other key .
pres left or right key ! DO NOT PRESS MENU !!!
now your computer will recognize the device us

and you will have in MY COMPUTER 3 new partition removeble
now create one new directory in your desktop from your computer,
where to make back-up your software from this new partition, (just in cases)
after you make this backup

Always BACKUP the existing firmware of your player before attempting to update
the firmware on your mp4 player. Updating your mp4 player with the wrong or
incorrect firmware will result in a DEAD PLAYER and it not booting up at all!
Always be sure that you use the correct firmware for your mp4 player only.
Updating your firmware will NOT provide you with any extra features.
It’s really intended as a resource and 'backup' should the firmware on your mp4
player becomes corrupt.

copy this files after the description:
from the “partition 1” in the first of this partition
from the “partition 2” in the second partition
from the “partition 3” in the 3th partition.

What can I do windows xp dose not recognize the device now I have a dead mp4 player unless I can get wondows to see the device.

PLEASE!
Can someone help...have been selling 50 of these and they have been great,except 3 have died - were working fine,and not messed with firmware upgrade,but now just nothing when switched on[charged].Am on behalf of those who bought them.Any help will be MUCH appreciated!!!!!!Thanks.
