when i turn mine on all i get is a blank white screen - someone please help!

i have an mp3/ mp4 payer. i bought it from a website named oo.com.au when i turn it on, i just get a blank white screen - if anyone has an idea of what has happened 2 it - plzz tell me!

yes, I have bought a mp4 from website of http://www.epathchina.com/pmp-mp4-players-c-21.html ,when I received my mp4, I found my mp4 player just plays the first 8-10 seconds,and then power off, I thought it was no electricity,but after 6 hours of charging, it just plays the first 8-10 seconds.i really don’t kown what has happen?

I have An Mp4 Player And I Formatted Mine And IT Keeps Saying Disk Error When I Go To Anything on it.

The Computer Says THis Drive HAs Not been formatted Format now??
then When You Format IT It says Unable To Format

When You Click on it in My computer It Tells you “please insert disk into drive f:\"
