My Mp4 has a camera and i was trying to put some music on it and then it froze and turned off! Now i have been constantly trying to charge it buht nothing comes up and it does not charge at all. i had just recently got it and i really want it to work. HELP!

hi i accidently left my mp4 in my jacket when it when to the washing machine and dryer now i fished it out and tried to fix, if you unscrew it pull the cover off, you c a black and red wire and the red one is disconneted so if u can help me plz reply. I REALLY NEED HELP, I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT!

only one side of my headphones work in it and its not the headphones cause ive tried like 4 different pairs of headphones what should i do??

hey i have a mp4 AND FOR SOME REASON IT JUST STOPED SWITCHING ON. im soo pissed cos i love my mp4. im in egypt rite now and im trying to get it fixed but they say i need a new software or i need 'ifee' or something that sounds like that. if it does work will all my songs be removed? is there a quicker way to fix it\? should i go to london and fix it ? will it be better there? please help me! my mp4 is my life!!!!

hey my hong kong uxcell mp4 has broken, when i tried to put a mpeg4 converted to amv video onto it, it kept reading disk error when i tried to access music or video folders and says the memory is empty tho i previously had 21 songs on there, its just displaying an hourglass now and wont change, im leaving the battery to go dead in the hope it will reboot itself or something, does anyone know the correct course of action?? plz help
