Hi.. I just bought a new sony. But now it didn’t work text file and mp4 player. Pls tell me how to solve this problem.

well u just need to put the disk in ur pc and download a thing dont remember wich on then u make a new folder and put your music in it and clik on the music u want to go on ur mp3,mp4 and it will load it in it and thats all.

I want to know the video format for my china sony V2.30 mp4 that i bought recently because even after i’ve put videos it still writes no file.

i want to be playing games on my phone but it ca not work plz tell me how to do it so that i can be playing games or how to set it plz

If it cannot put video if your mp4 is avi amv just go google and write avi or amv converter

i have same problem with y0u.....also my sony mp4 wont play any videos....and found out that the video format should be avi......but when i convert my videos to .avi format, still it can’t play..

I mean this is the solution if it does not connect to the computer.
If your MP4 is dead, you try changing the battery or see if the MP4 is on hold.

Well.
I bought a new data cable and it worked.

Unfortunately it sounds like you have a player with hacked memory. It’s those stupid chinese and japanese units that they sell a lot of the times on ebay and stuff. There’s nothing that you can do about the data size except formating the drive, but it’s risky if not done right. And it sounds like you might not have the proper conversion software for the player they sold u. Sorry.
