As I know, there are so many dvd burner tools can help you convert a video file to burn it to a dvd file, such as Nero, iDVD, DVD Creator, Video to DVD Burner, etc.
I am using iDVD which is working but the quality of the picture doesn’t seem so good.

DVD format is VOB, you have to convert your video to DVD compatible video at first, otherwise standard DVD player can not read and play it. If you don’t know how to do that, I’d recommend this all-in-one DVD Creator to you, I always use it to convert and burn movie to DVD to play on my home TV, it’s easy to use and works pretty well, if you are interested in it, here is a step by step guide about how to use it.

Please freaking search the site next time before asking a question. There is about a 9 page answer on this subject half a page down from where you posted.
