maybe you dvd software can’t support dvd-r or your dvd is protected, can you talk details, maybe I can help u~~

Hi I have nero smart but I can’t copy dvd,although
I can copy cd.I use cd/dvd or dvd but it doen’t
work.the dvd-r is always rejected.What can I do?
