express burn will write them mkvs as udf automatic on dual layer ie data dvd on options. it freeware hope this helps

I use ConvertXtoDVD, 1 program 1 step no other codecs needed.

Make sure you don’t spend any money looking for good video converter software (I use avs). If someone tries to convince you that you have to pay, you didn’t look hard enough. The best ware is freeware. I suggest torrents.
