Tar is not an image file is a compressed file like rar zip ace and so on.WinRar open tar file so select all from your folder and extract to directory or desktop and see what you get.The title of your download is a place to start and if you have a movie in whatever format or a game then you know what to find out after extraction. If is an avi you have to convert the file to vcd or svcd format and after that you can burn it on cd’s.More infos here:http://www.afterdawn.com/index-menu.cfm
