Ok, so you have the movie downloaded already. I’m guessing it’s in .avi format, though it could be in a number of formats. First of all, if you wish to play the downloaded movie on your pc as is, I highly recommend you use a freeware program called VLC Player. It plays almost every codec known, and it’s free. Just type “VLC download” in the search bar and you’ll find the download site. Secondly, to put it on dvd you’ll need to convert it to DVD format. There are a number of free video converters, VLC will actually do it as well, though it’s in a highly technical layout. For simple user interface, Total Video Converter should do the trick. When burning it, the folder you want to add is INSIDE the converted movie folder. It’s called Video_TS Use that as the folder to add when you burn and y

Hey guys, new to this wonderful world of free stuff =P. Unfortunatly, I couldn’t turn up anything in a search, mainly because I have no idea what I’m looking for. I have a DVD burner... and downloaded a DVD Rip. I already have Alcohol 120% and Daemon to play a couple games... but have no idea what to do to make a DVD. I’m hoping this DVD copy will enable me to have a perfect working replica of the original (title screen and all that jazz)... is it possible?
I read up on someone downloading a folder of .rar files and ending up with .r001 .r002 etc extensions... but this folder came with both already, i havn’t used winRAR on n e thing. This folder came with the 31 RAR files, and 31 .r001 to .r031 files with two folders 'Sample' and 'sub'. Sample has a 1.01 min movie clip... and 'sub' has a .svf file and what i’m assuming is hte RAR file of that. sorry for the long windedness... just making sure i give everything because i have NO idea what i’m looking for here. so... anyone know how to turn this into a working DVD... or if it’s even possible to do it with the files i have? as we all know... playing around with DVD-Rs isn’t cheap, so i’d figure it out myself if some genius didn’t invent forums =D. Thanks guys
