Just means the file is of incorrect length. May have been due to an incomplete download. Such files can be played by Media Player Classic, VLC, etc. (and just most players other then Windows Media Player). If you absolutely want to fix the error to have the file playable in WMP, just google for divxfix or some similar utility.

P.S: You could have started a new thread instead of bringing back one that was 3 years old...

I have this movie, but only plays 2 minutes into it. I’m guessing the bad file starts from here or something. When I checked it with GSpot, under the CONTAINER heading I get:

— — -
.(i’m skipping the 3 top lines)
.
.
Bad chunk in frame data: Invalid length
-Chunk: /RIFF:AVI
-Offset: 0x2addde40
-Value: 0x95e0ac5a
— — -

How do I fix this problem, so I can watch the whole movie?
