Hey the error can be fixed very easily if you are using windows98.

Step 1 - Reboot your pc and keep pressing F8 until few options appear when the options appear select command prompt option and type dir for eg
c:\dir, d:\dir to change to the next drive type the drive name before :\ for eg c:\(do this to all drives) and if you see a directory named win98 type cd win98 and you will enter the folder win98 now type setup and press enter now a setup will run and after the setup completes you will not recive any errors.

Hey if you don’t have windows setup on your hard disk call a engineer and tell him to run windows setup by DRDOS mode. And if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me at omkarjere0192@yahoo.com Thank you

reboot computer and press f8 at the logo and go into safe mode and delete the movie file that is causing problems or create a folder on your desktop and move movie file into there so it doesn’t cause problems on startup.

If it’s not movie related, make sure you check for a virus, or when in safe mode, press control alt delete, & look in processes to find what program is choking your OS. Sometimes you can find the program if you see an unfamilar program running in the same window (process). If it doesnt let you delete it, use MS Dos to force that baby to the curb.
