I’ve entered a serial number but I don’t know if it is 'unlimited'. Nero was working fine before this started happening. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Recently Nero 6.1.3.6 has been giving me an error message whenever I try to burn VCDs or SVCDs - “Unable to insert [File path and name]”. I’ve tried reinstalling to no avail. Can anyone help me resolve this?
