My sound wont work, I do have a sound driver installed ( Realtec AC’97 Audio ) ... It is all properly plugged in... Help? Is it the right driver? (Am using a Soltek motherboard... I have no clue what other info you might need... or where to get it from... =) )

Please help!

If Windows' sounds are working but you can’t head video audio. Then, you require a codec.

Use Gspot v2.70a to find the codec name and either google it or ask here again.

As for the other two....

Do you have sounds from windows working?
If so, then it’s a codec. If not, then it’s a driver.

Realtek

About Code 10,

Try uninstalling the audio device, and rebooting.

When it boots back up don' let it install automatically, install from the disc that came with it.
