hi, i bought this mp3 player for ebay and it is not branded or anything, but it has a radio and recorder and mp3 and mp4 player. the other day i was trying to upgrade the firmware but the firmware concked out.
i do not know the os or the version but i need it real bad so could you please help me and guide me as to how i can fix the problem?

i just got a bytecc mp4 player and now its not working properly. wenever i turn it on and it done loading and then i go into the menu and select music it takes long to load and then the music doesn’t play.the mp4 player screen goes blank and then it jumps back to loading. plz help me with my mp4 player.

mon mp4 et mort depuis que je mis un autre firmware et il ne le lie pas, et je fait plein de ma ni p et san resulta.
mon mp4 et recunu en mode adfu serveur et je ne peus plus instaler de firmware avec MP3 Player Update Tool et a la base cet avec sa que je instaler le firmware qui a planter mon mp4,
quant je l’alume je trouve un ecan noir et je voudra savoir si vous pourier maider a instaler un firmware pour qu’il remarche. aider moi svp gta-25@hotmail.fr

Im a MP3 user of Sony, my Mp3 requires a firmware upgrade file-$actsdk$.fw. My present firmware version is 9.1.52.0000. & I don’t know how I should restore that firmware upgrade, plz help me,by sending me the Upgrade Version.
