USB mp3 player - pendrive- FM radio - sound recorder

the player became dead. all software removed accidentally.
please help me to restore the player
i have with me mp3 player utilities 3.06 and 1.45
request for firmware file $actsdk$.fw
my OS is win98SE
the present status of the player is blank with continuous backlight when connected to USB
the pc is recognising the player

Why the hell would you use win 98 se, it’s almost not supported by any devices anymore(the new ones)you can easy use win 2000 on almost any pc running win 98 se, win 2k requires less memory, processor power.... than win xp. if your computer is to shitty for xp that is. if so you have my pitty..

Even I have got the same problem as accidentally the firmware vanished and now I can use as 128 MB pen drive only and the Back light always on Please help Me.

i have a usb mp3 player of generic having pendrive,
radio and sound recorder having the
firmware of version 3.5.35 s1mp3 player of 512MB.
I Loaded wrong version of firmware of mp4 player
in the device without backup the orginal firmware.
