Troubleshooting Sound on MP4 player

My MP4 does not show the sound bar nor can I hear anything out of the earplugs? I have FM stereo on it I can hear that just fine but the songs on my music list are not producing any sound whatsoever!!! Help!! the user manual is well useless. I bought this in the Philippines if that helps...thanks!

The MP4 plays just the begining of the song then it skips to another one and continously it does without finishing any song.

I have China made Mp4 player(small) 1gb but when i pluged to system it shows only 108 mb so wht is the problem...?

I got an MP4 player for my christmas and my earplugs have broke already! My dad gave me another set but the sound is muffled. Does anyone have an idea were I can get another pair that fits it?

how do you load the songs onto the player we hve tried an tried an cant figure it out the disc it comes wid doesnt have straight forward instructions like the i pods any help would be much appreciated hanks

The best earphones for the mp4 ..don’t laugh ! I have a sidekick 3 and the ones that came with my phone are excellent and it you press the mute part of the earphones it makes the music sound louder....they are not cheap it ...try t-mobile.com

first,
he convert the FLV video to AMV video.
then play in MP4 player,
his MP4 supported AMV format.

the video appear but the sound zero..

i have got a 1GB mp4 player, recently after downloading songs, pictures a message is displayed that there is a format error moreover all the songs are not playing.

I recently purchased an MP4 player with an fm radio. I plugged it up to my computer to charge it and it stayed plugged at least 24 hours the screen is black and it does not seem to be powered up. It has a rechargable battery.
