Sony MPEG4 Play

i bought my mpeg4 a year & half ago...opened it 2 months ago
,i’ve charged it for 12 hrs. 1st time ...it worked for 2 hr.s then shut down...since then i’ve had problems charging
it .... no matter how long i charge it ....it works for a while,then give me(low battery)...what can i do ???

I too bought the sony MPEG4 player...Bt I cannot transfer any files from my laptop to the player...Pls help!!!

i bought a sony MPEG4 pLAYER and when i plug it to the computer using the USB nothing shows up on my computer.Windows don’t recognize it Pls help!!!!

THE MPEG4 PLAY IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!WHY I WAS THINKING WHEN I GOT THIS PIECE OF SHIT, I PREFER THE IPOD.......

those people who have mp4 but thier downloaded videos dont work they should format those file into mp4 file then it will work.
