1,how do i install the soft ware from the disk onto my computer? i have tryed and it wont work... ???

2,I just reformatted my sony MPEG4 walkman and since then it has not functioned again what can I do?

3, i bought my sony MPEG4 player few months ago but lost the CD!! i can load songs on it but NO VIDEO CLIPS!! can you send me the software please, load it and i’ll download it. its not on the SONY website!! please helpppp!!!

I recently purchased a “sony network Walkman MPEG4 PLAY” from ebay and after trying to download music found it would no longer funtion at all. Even when connected to PC via USB the PC cannot locate the player as a drive anymore.
I contacted the local Sony Centre for advise and was informed that because my player had a SD card slot then it was infact not a genuine Sony product, as Sony only use memory sticks.
And so if anybodys walkman fits this description beware as it appears they are flooding in from far east and who would be able to fix them if things go wrong?.

I bought a SONY MPEG4 PLAY. When I put the jpeg pictue in PICTURE folder, then I set the wallpaper but now there is not screen with wallpaper. Instead of that I lost my menu... Now I can’t access it. But is all folders are seen in Computer via USB.

Hello, I have got the same problem. How did you solved that. Can you or anyone help me in it.

And I have now a big problem too. And I want to master reset it as restore to factory settings. But I lost the Menu to operate it. How can I solve it? Any tips...? Thanks.
