sony mp4 player free software download

hey there i bought a new walkman mp3 from sony...and i have 3 downloading programs lime wire,sonicStage and apple QuickTime but no one from this 3 is possible to transfer the songs in my mp3 so could u please tell me a programme for sony mp3s wich good enough is?

i need theinstruction& drivers of pmp sony with 1gb
