Sony MP3/MP4/REC/FM Player 2gb formatting problems

i have a Sony MP4 and it had alot of errors so i formatted it and now from 2gb its gone down to 114mb but it still says the same firmware version.....do i need to get the same firmware version again because its corrupt or do i need to upgrade or can someone supply me with the firmware??? can anyone help me please it will be greatly appreciated.

I also formatted my 1 gb player
It is now just 108 mb..
before t..my player was very bad...
first time i copy file on that it works fine..

but..when I copy other files it got currepttd...
so that problem was gone.. agter i got...108 md..

Hey freind..this kind o player...are just fake..
oroginal size is...108 mb...it works fine...

I tried to make formatt to MP4 2GB and evrey time I had the massage " Windwos can’t formatt rhis drive”?!!!
