sony mp3/mp4 player is not playing and not detecting by pc

Hi my q is how I can connect mp3/mp4 player with using usb to my computer I do not have Idea at all fore this player and my computer has 3 plase to plage in two on the front next to the mic out put and down below the pilopy disc plase side and one in the back side next to printer out put.

When i open my Mp3 player, it gives the starting screen and it doesnt start and when i connect it to the pc a message apear that there is a usb device but there is no a particular partition for the mp3 player
please answer me ....

Heller!if ur mp4 or pmp won’t dtect in you pc,change the usb cable or buy onother 2nd, maybe the usb device on your pc not install yet,take a look right click my computer and click properties device maneger,if usb device color yellow the device not install..

I just recieved my sony mp3/mp4 2GB, without any manual refrence. That’s mean I dont have any idea how to use it. .....and when i connect it to PC, there is nothing inside it (it does shows the 'removable disk'). absolutely blank! no folder or what so ever. in fact my cousin did put some of my favourite songs in the player. She just want me to do it my self (as a challenge!).

but i can only put few song like 233 mb and if i put more the i detects the song but when i try to play it the player gets re started so someone plzzz help me i’ll be really greatful
