sony mp3/mp4 player is not playing and not detecting by pc

i have been using a installation of Mp4 But I have been connected by a virus

i had a 1gb sony mp4 player and i lost its capacity to233mb .what i have to do to get back its capacity?

ma sony mp4 is not detected by pc and i lost ma installation disk.

ALL THESE MP4 PLAYERS.. WHTEVER THEY ARE ..SON, APPLE IPOD ALL ARE DUPLICATES OF THESE MANUFACTURERS .. I GUESS MADE AT CHINA..EVERYONE HAVE PROBLEM AND THE PROBLEMS ARE SAM..IF ONE HAVE 2 GB MP4 ..IF HE WILL COPY SONGS TO IT HE WILL ONLY ABLE TO PLAY 30-50 SONGS AFTER THAT A CRACKING SOUND OR FORMAT ERROR.

SO IT WILL BE GOOD NOT TO BUY THESE DUPLICATES... SPEND SOME MORE MONEY AND GO FOR ORIGINALS..

my mp4 became mp5? what can i do?

I bought a sony mp4 player of 1gb 3months before. when I load some songs it will be loaded in the player, but i start playing nearly 20 or 23 songs only will be playing if i movo to next song the player gets restart. when i connect it to my pc and saw the files means, it is showing all the files which i loaded.what to do?

I purchased a Sony Walkman MP3 player (4gb)in December. It worked great. A few weeks pass and now the computer will not recognize it. It notices when it’s plugged in but it won’t charge because it says there is no driver installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software - still nothing. I even bought a new one because it said it was malfunctioning and to replace the device. I called sony and they have no idea (or at least the rep I spoke to didn’t) and had me repeating my steps over and over.
It’s not fixed and I can’t use it. Even worse - now I have TWO of the same product and neither of them work! Any suggestions?

I brought an sony MP4 player and i used it for about 2/3 days and it switched of automatically. When i charge it, the light comes on but i cant see anything on the screen, however, when i plug it to the computer, i can access all of the files and put songs on and take songs of aswell. Hi guys... can somebody help me out? i got a huge problem with my SONY Mp4/3 player,.. My problem is i cant play any songs at all, all i can use is to listen 2 my radio and games, if i go to my MUSIC it say NO FILES. why is that? can somebody help me out pls. my player is very important to me. Please tell me what to do?

hi everybody. i have a sony Mp3 that is not performing well. it’s capacity was supposed to be 1 GB but actually i’m being able to store only about 400 MB.
