sony mp3/mp4 player is not playing and not detecting by pc

i have sony MP5 player/china product... after i use it and shot it off without any error, then plug it to laptop usb it then hangs... until now i’m trying to on-off and still hangs.. pls give me some solution for these...

hi all,
i have one problem with my MP4 device, i just bought a new MP4 device at first i can connect to PC and then i try to formart this device after that when i connect this device agin with PC it need me provide driver and now i cannot find the driver for my device yet. Did any one have some solution for me? or can give me the driver for this device if you have.

Hi i have same problem with munna_jan_ain.. My mp5 got hang when i plug it in with my pc.... only light are their..
First is that i format it.. because the picture it capture says “no thumbnail”.. and when finish format and plug in it back to my pc it hangs... plss help me.. ill be glad to take ur advice......
