RCA Opal is not recognized by my computer

When I first got it I had the same problem. Now, I can’t find the information I found to fix it again. Please help me

My RCA Opal won’t charge. My computer tells me that it can’t recognize it. I am very sad about this because music is my life! Can someone please help me?

i have the same issue and i know what you mean! music is my life too and i think these mp3 players are just a scam and are made to make people’s lives difficult!!! so someone please help me! like IMMEDIATELY!

maybe u should download da firmware from da website or try pressing da reset button wit a toothpick If dat doesn’t work i don’t know what else 2 tell u!!!
