problem in playing mp3 files

plz somebody help.i bought a mp4 player.i was working well but now it plays mp3 files only for 10 secs (then it plays the next mp3 file for 10 secs and so on).has any one faced this problem.

you have probably turned on some Intro playing feature of the player
