Plz I need ur help with mp4 Digital Audio Player

Hi guys .. I have mp4 player:
mp4 Digital Audio Player
firmware : 2006/04/04
9.1.51
7064v1.1
2007/07/02

I think I Have software problems as it just opens Fm and sometimes pics but when I press Music it says “please wait..." and lasts long then the device boots !!! I want u to help me at least finding a software for this. Plz ! I need it for my sister I brought it as a gift for her but it dosent work !
