MY Mp4 had some viruses and I connected it to my computer and deleted those file which had virus. Now my mp4 can not be known by no computers and I can’t see any icon for it when I connect it to a computer.even it doesn’t work individualy at all.what can I do?

Hi, any one can help with this MP4 from china. Whe I tured on it will bring the wecome screen but on the time it loads the sreen it brings all icons on the botom but are in china’s language. I tried every boton to change the language and it dose not change it, I setup the time and year but it was under china’s language. Any one has idea for this. Please help for this.

Unfortunately it sounds like you have a player with hacked memory. It’s those stupid chinese and japanese units that they sell a lot of the times on ebay and stuff. There’s nothing that you can do about the data size except formating the drive, but it’s risky if not done right. And it sounds like you might not have the proper conversion software for the player they sold u. Sorry.

Well.
I bought a new data cable and it worked.

I mean this is the solution if it does not connect to the computer.
If your MP4 is dead, you try changing the battery or see if the MP4 is on hold.

i have same problem with y0u.....also my sony mp4 wont play any videos....and found out that the video format should be avi......but when i convert my videos to .avi format, still it can’t play..

If it cannot put video if your mp4 is avi amv just go google and write avi or amv converter
