Plz help my Sony MP4 Player wont play mp4,avi, ne thing video

I also have a sony Mp4 player. Mine works prefectly fine, however, sometimes the files keep getting deleted. If you put a memory/SD card in, then that wont happen.
Does anyone know where you can find ASF files from? Vids.

you should scan it in an anti virus scanner, it might be infected by some kind of mp4 virus..

hi.. wen i started to plug my mp4 in my computer all the folders are seen there.. then i easily work with it..but then after 1 month when i plug it again the folders were gone..The files are still there but when i used a comp. I can’t see all the folders.. Can u please help me I just want to find out how to view it again?thnx alot..

how do you change the language on a sony mp4 player plz

ok then

if for some reason your mp4 player has stopped letting you transfer files onto it

1. on my computer, right click on the icon for the drive that your mp4 is connected to.
2. go to format
3. when the box comes up, tick quick format. if the warning box comes up, click yes.
you should now be able to tranfer files :]

charger wise, you have to make sure the switch is on, even if you hav no battery. then plug in and charge.

alright, I bought a mp4 (not sony) and it has a free video trial. I deleted it when i first got my mp4 and when i wanna put movies (in .mp4 and .avi it wont work. Well i know how to do it!! Go to www.fileshare.co.uk and when you go to the site it fixes the corupted data. So thats how i put my videos.

Hi Raviraj, try to scan your player to remove the possible virus, sometimes that is the causes of some problems.

Hi Jeth, oh, i was touch, hehe, anyways, try to download songs into your mp4 with .mp3 extentions, bcoz some songs which is not convert into mp3 will not play into mp3/mp4 player bcoz of the extensions. and also try to scan your mp4 for any virus, coz sometimes it is the main reason why it is not working well.

hi i boughtnew mp4 player but when converte any file in pc from wmv to avi it work fine in pc but when i copy in mp4 palyer ..the voice and visual in not syncronized..some tme voice comes earlier and scense come later ..idont know what to do ..pls let me know how can i change the software fro avi player in my mp4 payer
