Oker MP4 Player -help putting music onto device

I have Rhapsody but cannot get any tracks to transfer onto my Oker brand MP4 player. Can anyone help me out? Perhaps my device is not compatible with Rhapsody To Go service? If not, does anyone know what service I can use to put music onto this player? I am confused

Check the manual and find video/audio specs your Oker MP4 player can carry.
Then, convert your movie or music to the player compatible with a video converter.
