I got a Mp4 player and after 3 weeks of using it I got this blue screen telling me"Connect USB line to use USB disk” I’ve been trying to fine the correct firmware forever with no luck at all. It has a built in camera and records videos, the identification number on the model is: Em928164VMT-75. I an begging shamelessly for someone to help me please I don’t know what else to do.
