my mp4 player don't play movies files

Hmm..Same here..
on mu MP4 there was already a movie file, a AVI.
but when i put MY avi video in it..it won play..What to do!?

I bought a mp3/mp4 player from hong-kong on ebay it plays pictures music and games (gobang and minesweeper) bt i cant get videos if i put 1 on its saiz its there but doesnt show up when i go to play them

same fucking problem with me, i purchased mp4 player i downloaded avi format withch supports to my mp4 plyar but still it shows error....what is the fucking problem ?

Same. God, mine plays .amv files. The converter is rubbish. For all you guyz, have you tried using different video codecs? (Try 'Any Video Converter' (search in google))

Chinese mp4 players suck. I brought a 1gb mp4 player for Rs 450. It worked fine for 5 days. First it didn’t play movies when i brought it home and now it doesn;t even play mp4s. I know i am cheated. Newveer buy chinese mp4 players. The have no waranty and you are left regretting. Instead but branded one even better without video only audio nut a stroing 'no' to chinese.

what you have to do is go to

and download the amv converter studio/buy it
then change the setting to avi-xvid video

i have a 8gb player with a camera...got it off ebay...fucker didn’t give me the cd with the games and converter on it... but then i found this after like 2 weeks of searching

download it and convert, set the path as your video folder
and don’t complain about the low resolution video(youtube)...there’s only a couple of choices so just look at which choice he clicks... you don’t need to know what it says. it works for me.

Press this and download to save File .IT IS SAFE and has no VIRUSES. Install it and your films will work.

1st thing 1st! u should read 1st the manuel if ever there was! if ur mp4 nid to convert first! convert it first to avi format file then next convert it to amv format! its so easy! but there is lot of amv version! lot of them error becoz of size! i recommend use the old one; use the 1.5 amv converter! 100% no error but the size doesnt! thats the only prob^^

Practically all of these mp3 players use amv rather than avi. Try amv.

convert your avi to .mp4

Now, as for the videos, you need a program to convert them to a compatible format with the player. When you buy it in China a CD comes in the box, but if you bought this off e-bay they normally don’t send it. The program is called AVIConverter and there are several versions of it. hey i have a nextar 2GB mp4 player i downloaded the converter that came with it but when ever i convert the video to avi in my mp4 it say “File format error”
wat should it do??

Maybe you should check whick format that your mp4 can suppurt.
