Hi' I have 3 mp4 players that are suppose to be 8gb but when i put on more than 1.5gb of music I ger errors can any body help me to deturmine the real size. If I send the units back the cost of postage outweighs any replacement or refund costs

Its ok, it worked without these files also. The only problem is to play the .AMV files, still doesn’t work. I even downloaded movies in .AMV format and tried to play them.....no use!!

can anyone help me out i need an converter all the one i try does not work on my e-matic mp3 player. which is also an MTV video. I have no clkue how to convert this file at all. i want an converter that will work, since i can’t even put my video in my mp3. ever time i do it keep on saying file error. something like that.

Also, another q’s what is the configuration options encoding? what do we do with these link? Can anyone let me know where these link would go? i really don’t know how to convert this new converter that china made.

hi, i have tried about 5 different amv converting programs and all were showing format error message when i loaded on to my mp3/mp4 player.
After hours of trial and error i have realised it is all about the settings you use not the software.....
My player is a 1.8 inch screen ipod nano 3rd gen copy . I have found that all the software works when you use the right settings but the best free one i have found is MPxconvertor (p.s. i am running vista)
use this link and scroll down to choose the appropriate link. its a zip/rar file.

my player needs the settings
10 frames per second
160/120 resolution.
if this doesnt work for you just change it around until it does. its worth the effort as then u can use AVI files and mp4 files and it only takes about 5 minutes to complete each convertion....
