I recently got an Audiovox SMT5600 with Windows Mobile 2003 and it has Windows Media Player 10. All information I have read is saying that it should play MP4’s; however, when I go to play them all I get is the sound. Any ideas?

After trying everything under the sun.. I finally fixed this problem by reinstalling Nero 7 Premium. I treid EVERY codec you can find and nothing worked.. only this solution. Hope it works for you!
