MP4 player wont turn on anymore

sAme here my mp4 wont turn on or make a sound no flashing light nothing i tried pressing the rest button but no hope plz help me

It’s a battery problem. You have to change it, it must be 3.7 volts. At least, open the case and then test the battery, it must have 3.7 volts, otherwise it went down and you have to change it!

Trust me there is a such thing as OVER CHARGING give it some down time like a couple days to chill (two weeks max)if it don’t work geht a n3w battery sweetie buht sumthing like that happened tew meh b4 and then i found it in ma closet 2years later and it came on so ya neva kno don’t throw it away good luck! =^)

my mp4 doesn’t work, I was using it on my PC when occurred a blackout, since then, when I turn it on, it shows the hourglass and nothing else, my PC doesn’t recognize the device either, and i tried to reset it with the combination of buttons on the manual. I think I have to reinstall the firmware but how is that possible if my PC doesn’t recognize my mp4?

i have the same problem dude and i want some help , here is my problem: my mp4 player was working then i turn it off then when i open it again it wouldn’t work anymore i don’t know why i tried to put it on the charge but it\s still not working, it just turn a blue light that its loading... i got bored and i let it i don\t want it anymore, i think its because i turn it off and on a lot of tomes .

You cant just unplug it! go in my computer and right click the mp4 and click eject!
