MP4 player wont turn on anymore

I think the company is the one to blame if everyone is having the same problem with their mp4 player including me. my mp4 player is giving the same problems that eveyone mentioned. i think i’m gonna go take my mp4 player back to the store and ask for my money back.

my Mp4 was working when i was going to the pool then when i left it wont go to menu it just stay loading on the sand clock with a blue screen wat do i do

i think that, maybe the problem of the mp4 is the mp4’s battery is not good, it can’t storage Power, so i think that you’d better take a contact with the seller.

my started turning on n off now it wont turn on at all

I have just recently let my brother play with my silver mp4 which has written on the front digital pmp player and on the back digital mp4 player and now it wont turn on, ive tried charging it and all the lights indicate its charged but it wont turn on, my mum will kill me if she finds out!!! plz plz plz help me!
oh by the way i lost the charger too, help would definately be appreciated.

ok i can tell you how to turn on your mp4 player , did you have a cery small circle ? under it writen (reset) put a needle then press on battoun for a three seconds and it will turn on

Yeah mine looks like an ipod too; it just wont turn on even when it is plugged into the computer or wall outlet. Ive tried charging it for 1 hour, 2 hours, and i’ve tried like... 5 different cables. Somebody please help!

I think we all have the same problems.Can pls someone tell me how to turn it on!!! The light on the charger is first red and green...and after 1 min the green light goes off!!!

whenever i put ma mp4 in the charger it turns on and tells me it’s full but whenever i take it out it does’nt turn on HELP!

damn! I have same problem.. I bought mmy mp3 player from norway(oslo) and i’t was playing for month or sth, but one day i just take it off from cherging, but it didnt turn on. I charged it again and again, but i’t still doesnt work.And i’m not going from Oslo (i live in estonia), so i cant bring it back either. I have even tried diffrent usb charges, but nothing. It is charging maybe 10 minutes and then it says full.But when i take it off it wont turn on. I did restart too, but nothing. I just want to listen music :( Please PLEASE HELP MEEEEE!

i bought a touch screen mp4 player and either the battery or firmware or hardware went bad.but dealextreme is good so i returned it for a new one.i hope they ship a new one.i dont compltly trust this website and how the return thing works
