MP4 HELP PLEASE

I’ve just bought an MP4 from Ebay. I run on ME and therefore have not downloaded the driver as apparently I don’t need to.

I have plugged in the MP4 into the USB and it doesn’t do anything!

Any ideas?

just wiggle the cord at the bottom of the mp4 player and look at the screen to see if it say it’s connecting

Try installing the drivers anyway...
if not then try on another computer to see if its faulty.

is it a chinese one?

Errrrm people can u help lyk now!! i got an mp4 for christmas nd it japonese or chinease ermm i dunno but it 1 of those 2.. more to the point i keep dwnloadin video’s 4 it but they wont go on nd i no wot file tpye it gotta b (mpg/mpeg) but everytime i put a viedo on there it dnt say its on the actuall playa..nd i got this disk with it (which i installed) nd god it just aint workin

most mp4 in the market at present support only a small hand of formats, if you want to watch the downloaded video on your mp4 ,you should first check whether it is compatible with your player,if not,you should do some conversion work.

I was watching this trailer that came with it right after i just got it. i didnt install anything. i only put on music and now my mp4 forze sumone plz help
