Here is how I fixed my MP4 made in China – Purchased from Ebay, shipped out from Hong Kong.

In MP4 device:
go to SETUP -> ONLINE MODE -> select “NORMAL NODE ONLY”, then back to main menu.

Connect MP4 to your PC.

Right click on “Start” -> “Explore” ->Removable Disk (E - (F: or G: whatever your MP4 driver), you should only see one driver, not two.

Right click on “Removable Disk” ->format -> File system. Select FAT16 if your MP4 is 2GB or smaller, if big than 2GB then select FAT32. Also check the box for Quick format.

Hit “Start”. After reformat the device, it should back to normal.

I have 4GB MP4, and I get 4GB back. Everything is back to normal.

Can anybody help me? I upgrade a bad firmware to my MP4 player (typ: MYPG5-08GD maybe; ebay touch screen 8GB mp4) and now I can’t use it. I would like to upgrade again a good firmware what I have.
Is there any program or something what able to do it?
