Mp4 Disk error

i have (acts16d_16)(3.2.16) mp4 player.that is having a problum.whenever i open my folder there is message appeared Disk error...if anybody have its solver plzz tell me..or send me its software pleas.i shall thankfull to him...

I accidentally erased everything off of my mp4 player now it wont allow me to create folders or add music. I get an “empty disk” message when playing music and an “disk error” message when trying to record voice. Help me pls. my email is ona5367@yahoo.com

Hey! It’s Muneer The solution to your problem i.e. you’ve got some disk error problem with your mp4 player right! Do one thing just connect it to your PC and format it as a FAT drive and then upload whatever you want. It shall work.

Mp4 .. after i reformatted my mp4, i still get the empty disk error after i send music to my mp4. Why is that? Pleaseeeeeeee assist..... Thanks, Vic

Had the same problem, started with disk error, ended with only a blue screen. went to http://www.sourcingmap.com/products_service.php?sku_id=mv0sil2048mp045 , downloaded the software of a random MP3 or MP4 player and it works again.
Remember to format it first.

I have a MP3/MP4 player that I bout from ebay.It came from Hong Kong. It has a 2.8 touch screen with 8 GB of memory.
I put music on it and it worked then formaded it to clean every thing out of it and it said disk full. I went to system on the MP3/MP4 and it said
Flashmem 0/ 0MB
Cardmem 0/ 0MB
I tried downloading firmware on it I tried to Chang NTFS to FAT32 i tried updating it then i started to think it was fake then i open it and searched the 2 chips in it and they where real

My MP3/MP4 reads empty disk when I try to use anything except the FM Radio on it. Could someone tell me how to get back all the information so I can use it fully again. If someone could help me that would be great, kittensprincess2005@yahoo.ccom
