well i try to download songs onto its and whenever i click 'Music' it shows 'initializiling' then an hour glass...
then the ipod restart all over again...

last week i purchased a mp4 digital player it has one gb
i am loding the song in computer on computer it is showing the song but after removeing it showing emty and it is not playing any video andwhen iam loding videos in it showing an unsupported format

My mp4 is stuck on the loading screen. Anyone knows how to fix it=?

When I opened my mp4, it was okay and has full battery, but I had to do something so I left it open for a while. My mp4 automatically turns off when I leave it unattended. But this time, when it turned off, it doesn’t open anymore. It doesn’t illuminate any light when I turn on the switch. And also, it doesn’t turn on even if I connect it to a computer. Please help me...
