I HAVE AN APPLE 4GB IPOD (MP4/WMA/REC/AMV with FM)
Seems to have problem with my mp4 player, can’recognize it on my computer.

I have a MP4.
On the front it says MP4/AMV/REC/FM
below that it say Digital Player MP4.

Mine won’t work.
The screen is blue and there is a loading symbol but it doesn’t respond when I put it on the charger or hook it up to the computer and it doesn’t even show up on the computer.

Help please. ^_^

hi my ipod has gone crazy i connectaed to the pc and also charge it, on it, whatever i do the sand clock apppears and stays forever there help me

i have recently pickedeup a mp3-mp4 digital player (brand unknown)china i think,thats all it says on it.I cant seem to get any movies on it at all.in the MUSIC section i am only able to download 16 to 25 songs depending on their length.Surely this thing holds more than that,allother files are empty. NO movies.NO voice recordings.NO pictures in albumb.NOTHING in the E-BOOK or games file... there should be plenty of memory for more than 16 songs i have right now. What am i not doing right here? plz. help me here donnyguinn@yahoo.com

i has a mp4...i put many song in my mp4...suddenly it all lost..WHERE CAN I FIND THE NEW CREATE FOLDER..when i pus the song it said''the directory or file cannot be created''i give up to hear it...i want a help...

I have a player EASY MP-4 EM851 RB. I can open menu, roll submenus but I cannot open submenu. I can use my /player only as a memory stick. WWhat can I do. Thancks!

I have a Mp4, after I add a folder in the mp4, It only show “LOADING”, Even if I plug it in the computer it would light but it remain “loading” until it will off.
My mp4 have a back up cd,, And I don’t know how to use it,,, pls.. help me,, anyone who knows how to repair,, plsss.
