i cant do crap on my mp4 it just keeps restarting i was thinking that maybe it was the firmware or something else but i checked it and its fine i just cant find firmware and i think i need a higher one so if there is one higher than 9.1.52 please send me the link to download it at itsyugo@yahoo.com please i really need it

Hi, my mp3 player is a 4GB with the 9.1.52, but has the same problem, i can only put up to 2.5GB, can anyone tell me if it is because of the cluster size of 4kb?thx

Guys, I have a problem. I haven’t used the MP3/4 for a long time. There were some music files and videos. Now I use it again but these files are not there but they still use the memory. My MP3/4 is 1GB. 880MB are full because of these files. But I can’t find them anywhere. I want to delete them. How can I delete them?!?!?!?!?

I brought a OLIN MP3 player for my 7 year old son for x-mas and it will not play I thing it need "$ACTSDK$.FW." I hae no idea how to get one could you help me please

1) the player does not get detected in the computer MOST of the times it’s connected via usb.

I need the firmware to update it back to the origin status and see whether it helps.

The usb device is not detected as a portable drive, however, at the device manager, i’m able to see the device name.

Did you get your upload and if so do you still have it. Some one gave me a generic mp4 and it has the same firmware. I don’t how to add music or anything so any help you can give me would be great.
