Hi all,

I’m in a bit of a scrape now. I too received a highly dubious wilson mp3/mp4 player as a gift some time ago, and only decided to use it now (my former mp3 broke down last week).

For one reason or another, I just can’t seem to charge it. I’ve even left it plugged in overnight, and still no change. May it be that I need a firmware upgrade?
Here are the spec:

Wilson 9.0.50 (firmware version)
516Mb, Fm with voice, model mp-1082

Please help anyone !!!

I am in exactly the same boat as BlackVixen and many others, have purchased a 8gig s1 mp4 player tried updating it and it simply wont turn on at all. I also bought mine from Hong Kong so I am probably guessing its from the same company as it was bought on EBay. Is it possible to save my mp4 player by placing a generic firmware version 9 on there or is it absolutely screwed??? If there is anyone with similiar problem and has correct firmware for this type, can you please send a copy to paul_cree_1987@hotmail.com . Thank you all.

I installed the wrong firmware on my mp4 player and now it doesnt work and I NEED the original firmware.This is the Spec, if that helps
