hi,

I bought this “First1 FNO-2 Mp4/3 Player” at Carrefour in Abu Dhabi. I did a firmware upgrade and lo and behold I am stuck on a blue screen, now it seems the damn thing switches on and off the whole time and my pc doesn’t even pick up the device anymore.

I cannot find any contact details for the Wilson Co. Ltd and I can’t do anything with the device, can anybody help? Is there a master reboot or something I can try?
