well on my mp3 shows songs format eror and ihave formatted many times

hello.. I need firmware because my mp4 dead after I change myfirmware.

bought wilson mp3/4 player from china on ebay. worked briefly but then recognised as an empty usb drive and couldn’t access it.
lost patience and formatted it on low using the program that came with it. it now shows blue screen with hour glass, no formatt, no drivers on computer for it not even working as a drive on computer. total novice what is a firmware and how would i load it to the player if i can’t connect it?
sombody with expertese and time to help me with step by step instructions if there is any hope?

hey buddy!!!! relax!!! you just need to format ur player.... ist thing to do is CONNECT UR player to a computer.... then... go to “My Computer” then look fo the “REMOvable Disk” right click the icon then click “FORMAT”. a dialoude box will apear.. choose the right file system.. wheither it is FAT FAT32 and so on..check the box for quick format then click “START”... before you format ur player... buckuo you r files first it will erase all files it contains..
