First, informing me “error format to play music ..."
Secondly, I made a backup firmware, repair then and loaded again, then reported eror and remained display black.
Finally: mp4 was unusable

The firmware 9.0.50 for this mp4, I have not found in any place, anybody can help me?

sorry buddy it looks like you got scammed. it seems like from what you are saying that you have just bought a memory hack player. it is likely a 1 GB or maybe 2GB search ebay for mp4 scams and hacks there is software that can format the player so you can see the true memory it has
