i have mp4 1gb ipod and any time i added in songs,movie etc.it gone a viruse like error in viewing in Through USB Port in Pc And not run Any Songs,Movie In Ipod.Device Name:S1 mp4 Player And Producer By Wilson co. ltd And Version is 3.5.35.

i got this mp4 from U.S. when i uploaded songs to it, some of them were played at the beginning but the others at the end showed format error. only 10% of the songs i upload is played. please send me the upgrade.

Same problem as evryone here in terms of disk space, e-bay says clearly 8Gb of memory and thats giga bytes not giga bits and holds 2500 songs. Received mine yesterday and it has now only 800mb of memory, whats going on here then, my phone holds more music than that!!! Its surely false advertising on e-bay and something needs to be done about it but I’m sure nothing ever will!!

Hi i bought a 2gb mp4 at a fair. and for the first few days it was fine i had to format it to fat32 but it still showed the 2gb and i put lots of things on it, but last night i put it to charge and now the hourglass is stuck on the screen and no matter what it wont come off, my pc wont even recongnize the device,what can i do?

CABLE FOR PLAYING MP3 ,AMV FILES IN PEN
DRIVE ON MY MP4 PLAYER .

HOW IT CAN BE DONE : I FEEL A SUITABLE FIRMWARE UPGRADE IS
REQUIRED WHICH CAN ACCESS FILES
IN THE PEN ADDITIONAL PEN DRIVES.

I was buy a new mp4 player wilson co .ltd with firmware 3.5.37 and when i play i cannot list the mp3 file just open di directory and play.So i must press next and prev button to select a song.

I received the player this week from Hong Kong and went about uploading my 4GB mp3/mp4 songs to it. Wasting no time the player started acting up, most of the files I uploaded became corrupt, the player showed “Format error!" when trying to play them. I tried formatting the unit (using FAT) and had the same problems.
Could someone please help me find the right software to upgrade the mp3 player
