Sheen Guest | I have a MP4/AWV/REC/FM player and like most others it is saying empty disk when I go to play music, view pics etc....
The cpu won’t recognize it as far as putting music on it. I don’t know what I need. I see people are on here asking for firmware 9.0.50. I looked at my firmware and it says I have that. Please help me. Email me at Sheenas23@aol.com Thanks!

syfali Guest | Hi All
Be aware of buying 8gb mp4 player product from Ebay. It looks like following:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220144813453&sspagename=ADME:X:RTQ:UK:11. People are doing false advertisement on eBay. I have been conned recently. I only found out about this product after receiving and found that there many people like me have been conned. When I received the player there was nothing on it and it was showing disk error after formatting the player it worked but found out it is only 2GB infect 1.89 GB and it doesn’t play mp4 at all. When I informed the seller about this she said return the player I will give u full refund so I did but after receiving the player she is not disputing that I have remove the screw n sticker which 100% lie any dispute is with paypal so hopefully I will my refund.

I received the player this week from Hong Kong and went about uploading my 4GB mp3/mp4 songs to it. Wasting no time the player started acting up, most of the files I uploaded became corrupt, the player showed “Format error!" when trying to play them. I tried formatting the unit (using FAT) and had the same problems.
Could someone please help me find the right software to upgrade the mp3 player.

MrDmBn Guest | DO NOT update firmware for disk errors or format errors. If you do it will likely be junk. These are not fatal errors. just format the disk. You will lose all your misic, files etc but the menu will be intact and you can start down loading again.

MrDmBn Guest | DO NOT try to update firmware for disk error or format error. just format the drive, you will lose all your files but the menu system will be intact. only try firmware upgrades if you have a white screen. all other problems can be resolved. just ask me.

Rog Guest | I had the same problem....on the F: disk or whichever disk appears on “My Computer” when you connect the mp3/4 player, right click on that drive and choose format.. after that’s done, try adding songs to that exact same drive...This worked for me ......Hopefully it will help someone else
