i buyed a new mp3 player of 4GB capacity.but by using Mp3 player Disk tool. it is showing the capacity of 470MB. how can i regain the total capacity of 4GB. please answer my question asearly as possible.

Hey guys my ME2 Mp4/Mp3 player isnt playing music.When i want to play music , it just starts making a ticking noise in the earphones. I have formatted it several times. Can someone please help me. Also when i was formatting the Mp4 it showed a total capacity of 1.89 Gigs when there was nothing on it , and its a 4gig Mp4. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

Same7 with #295’s problem. I tried upgrading to 9.1.51, but all I get now is a white screen and my mp4 was not detected anymore by any computer. Can you help me with the original driver and the curetly firmware?
