I have also joined this friend circle. I bought 8Gb version and within 2 weeks of use, all I get is hourglass. when I switch my MP4 on, all I get is hourglass. If I connect to PC, it shows hourglass. If I run the “MP3 Player Upgrade Tool” utility, it gives me the message “It is recover state, and select the firmware file for recovering please” message on the screen. Can anyone help me and send me the 9.0.50 firmware also? My email address is paresh123@juno.com. I also have 1GB version of the same thing. If someone can help me extract the right file from there, that would help as well. Thank you,

I am not happy with the I pod / I can not play any songs or any movies and the radio is not working. In other words the player is stuffed.
I only tried to download music and photos and when I preset play on the mp player no music and no photos nothing happen,
I only get error message up

I recieved a ME2 MP4 player. It said 2Gig on the box and on the sticker on the back. But of course it was a hacked flash drive with only 1Gig of space. When I would go over 1gig on the drive, it would start giving me errors.

i also bought my mp3 player from ebay . i just wanted to WARN EVERYONE my mp3/mp4 player manual was hard to understand but i figured it out, i had music on it for a month and was fine. i didnt even use 1/4 of a gb then i wanted to change the sequence of how my songs played. so i deleted them all! then the next day, i tried to put them back on... and is now saying “not enough space on disk." but when i look on the memory of my mp3/mp4 player it states that i didnt even use 1% of my memory! remember i DELETED ALL OF MY SONGS! does anyone know how to fix it? i have a 4 gb mp3/mp4 player the firmware version is (((((9.0.50))))) wilson.co.i hope someone out there is able to help. my e-mail address is Iam2riffic@aol.com

I bought a 2GB MP3/MP4 player on eBay from “Winlans”,And I see the real amount is 1951MB .
I guess that 97MB are used by the firmware. (Games/Languages/Settings storage/Functions etc)
So Winlans can be trusted,I guess.

hi , i hv a mp4 with cam 2.4” .The problem is that now when i open my player it shows blue screen and some text is written . the text is :

insert usb line
and press [up] key to use usbdisk ,
press [down] key to low formatting !!!!
press other key to bios
